Treena Piva
Co-Founder | Director of Operations
Originally from rural Saskatchewan, Treena brings prairie values — hard work, honesty, and community — to everything she does. With a background in community development, marketing, and operational management, she is known for her ability to lead complex projects with clarity, structure, and heart.
As Director of Operations, Treena oversees the internal systems, service delivery, and client experience at Executives Property Management. Her strengths in organization, communication, and compliance have helped shape the company’s signature blend of efficiency and personalized service.
Treena is also a proud community builder, currently serving her fourth year as a Director with the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce. Her passion for local impact, combined with her commitment to excellence, makes her a driving force behind both the business and the culture of The Executives Team.
Aaron Piva
Co-Founder | Managing Broker
Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and brings a career’s worth of experience in project management, compliance, and quality control. His background in fast-paced, high-stakes environments has shaped him into a decisive, detail-oriented leader known for getting results — the right way.
As Managing Broker, Aaron leads the company’s brokerage operations, ensuring every process meets the highest standards of professionalism, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
