Mike Ramsay

Originally from Vancouver, Mike has called Kelowna home since 2019. His diverse background in construction, sales, and service, combined with his approachability and attention to detail serve him well in his role as Maintenance Manager. Mike works closely with tenants, property owners, and trades to ensure our properties are well maintained through preventative and regular maintenance strategies.

Thomas Stewart

Raised in Kelowna, Thomas brings a strong local perspective and a dynamic background in marketing, sales, and residential asset management to the Executives Property Management team. As a licensed Property Manager and our lead in Business Development, he plays a key role in leasing, operations, and driving strategic growth.

With hands-on experience managing diverse residential portfolios — from multi-residential to mixed-use properties — Thomas is known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to exceptional client service. His goal is to deliver smart, tailored solutions that maximize value for both investors and residents.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Thomas exploring the Okanagan on his motorcycle or diving into creative side projects.

Alexandra Himer

After relocating to Kelowna from Delta in 2003, Alexandra began her real estate career as an assistant and expanded into property management in 2017. Following four years of valuable hands-on experience, she earned her property management license in 2021. Since then, Alexandra has managed a diverse portfolio, with a specialization in multi-family units and oversight of a broad range of properties across the Kelowna area. Her dedication to real estate, combined with her commitment to client service, drives her to provide exceptional expertise and support in property management.

Outside of work, Alexandra is a passionate animal lover, caring for three dogs and four cats, and is a devoted mother to two children.

With over eight years of office management experience in local non-profits, she brings a calm, efficient approach to coordinating administrative tasks and supporting both staff and clients.

Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Psychology, reflecting her people-centered mindset and commitment to clear, thoughtful communication. Known for her attention to detail, resilience, and proactive support, Katie keeps our operations on track and our team connected.
